Terms and Conditions of Sales, Service, Returns and Warranty
Please read the following terms and conditions of Sales and Service. If you are not sure of anything then please contact us to clarify any matters that may not be sure of.
Liability
Once goods get DELIVERED and SIGNED there would be no liability taken, so if the parts were to get damaged there would be no refund offered. Customers are welcome to collect items from ourselves, providing it is within working hours.
Gearbox / Engines
Our warranty will be invalid if the vehicle is used for: racing, pace-making, off-roading, hire vehicle, taxi or subject to other forms of non standard gearbox abuse/wear.
Our warranty only covers vehicles with standard manufacturer specifications. Any modifications made will void all warranty.
Engine modifications i.e. remap, performance chip will void the warranty as the engine will no longer be running at the manufacturers specifications. This abuse will not be covered under warranty. Warranty only applies provided the fitting is carried out by a qualified garage and a full receipt of fitment will be required when making a claim for faulty part.
All gearboxes and engines have their fluid drained for shipping, this is a requirement and must be done. Therefore it is required that new fluid be put in the engines/gearboxes once they arrive.
All other parts provided, refunds and replacements
All parts come with a warranty ranging from 7 – 90 days, depending on the agreement at point of sale. Once we have been advised a part is faulty, we ask for the part to be sent back within 7 working days with a copy of your purchase receipt/invoice at which time we will have the part checked.
Any parts that are faulty, you have the right to return it within 7-14 days, depending on the part and circumstance.
